And what also seems to be under constant review by the police is Joseph Budna's Facebook page. It remains active and he continues to needle police and politicians with his posts.
In February that led to the detention of Budna's brother and confiscation of his electronic devices - which seems a sinister move, considering it was the police who sent Budna to a Guatemalan prison.
Bennet said there was police interest in posts being made on Budna;s FB page and that was the response:
Reporter-
"There were claims being made and, in terms of the veracity of the claims on the post being made on that page, that's why the brother's house was raided. Electronic equipment held."
Elton Bennett, CEO - Ministry of Home Affairs
"Yeah. So I know there were, there were police interested in what was being posted on the, on the page. I believe the police engage who they thought was running the page. And they had a discussion with the gentleman, if there were any crimes committed there without cybercrimes or otherwise. Leakage of information, then the police would have engaged and investigate it."

"And the return of Budna's his vehicle to his family. An affidavit is required. What's the hold up?"
Elton Bennett, CEO - Ministry of Home Affairs
"Yeah. So that's one of the discussions that is, currently in between the DPP and the commissioner's office. The question as relates to the status of that vehicle. So that is again, one of the requests that the DPP had asked, or highlighted in her, review of the case. To look at the vehicle and its value to the case at this stage."
