Belize city is the commercial and entertainment capital of the country, but for reggae dancehall fans - all roads will lead to Cayo for the Mr. Vegas and Alaine concert tomorrow night. Vegas and Alaine flew in from Miami this afternoon and 7NEWS was at the airport to greet them.

Keith Swift Reporting,
This afternoon dancehall's admiral Mr. Vegas and reggae's rising princess Alaine arrived in Belize. This is the finance clerk turned reggae songstress' first time in Belize.

Alaine, Reggae Artist
"I am so excited. I can't wait to sing for all of my Belize people. Everybody come out, we are going to have so much fun tomorrow night."

Keith Swift,
This is your first time in Belize, what can we expect from you?

Alaine,
"A whole heap of love, a whole heap of vibes. All of my fans that I am in contact with from Belize through my MySpace page tell me the songs that

they want to hear so I'll be singing 'Rise in Love,' 'No Ordinary Love,' and 'Sacrifice.' We will be having a good time."

Keith Swift,
Speaking of MySpace, I read on your MySpace page that you used to work at JP Morgan. How did you go from working there to being this rising reggae superstar?

Alaine,
"I went to school and studied management and psychology and I moved to New York and did a training course at JP Morgan, got some promotions and I was doing the whole 9 to 5 thing and then decided it wasn't for me and I just decided to go home and do music."

Tomorrow night's show will be headlined by Mr. Vegas. This is his second time in Belize.

Mr. Vegas,
"Everything good, the energy is already here. I just came off the plane and the vibe is already crazy so the show tomorrow night is supposed to be mad."

Keith Swift,
What can fans expect?

Mr. Vegas,
"There is a lot of hit tunes. You are talking about ten years of hit

tunes so tomorrow the show is going to be crazy, a lot of energy; hot wuk and everything from heads high. It is going to be crazy, off the chain."

Keith Swift,
We know you were supposed to be here for Easter but you never made it. What happened?

Mr. Vegas,
"Easter I had some chest pains and so the doctor said I couldn't come down but nothing could stop me still so everything is good, everything back to normal so trust me, tomorrow night the energy will be mad."

Mr. Vegas first performed in Belize in 1998.
