And while the women of WISH did their charity thing in More Tomorrow Village – a group of students did theirs earlier this week. They are a group of standard 4 girls from Hummingbird Elementary who call themselves “The Dream Girls” and their dream is to help the needy. On Monday we found them at the Dorothy Menzies Child Care Center handing over donations of clothes, books, and toys along with cookies and sandwiches.
Tara Reardon Smith,
“We hope that they feel that we are doingf something good for them and I hope that they feel that they know thast we care about them. I feel that it is great because we are at such a young age and we are already doing clothing drive, Easter egg hunts, and all that."
The Dream Girls future plans include the elderly.
