Indira Andrewin Didn’t Win, But What A Vision In Venice

She was the talk of the nation last week as perhaps, the first Belizean actress to walk the red carpet in support of a starring role at the Venice Film Festival.

And it was that role that got Indira Andrewin a nomination for the festival's Best Actress award.

Ultimately the prize went to English Actress Vanessa Kirby for her starring turn alongside Shia Labuff in the Film "Pieces of a Woman."

And while that may be a disappointment for Andrewin it's one that comes at the end of a whirlwind experience, the kind that dreams are made of.

Hopefully just a taste of things to come for a budding Belizean starlet.

Andrewin has returned to Mexico City and is expected to return home in the next few days.
