2 weeks ago, the CCJ Academy of Law, the educational arm of the Caribbean Court of Justice, officially launched a book called Eminent Caribbean Jurists: Pioneering Caribbean Women Jurists.
In this, their second publication, the CCJ Academy of Law celebrates the achievements of prominent women of the Caribbean who have helped to shape the institutional and policy-making infrastructure of the society they come from.
34 women jurists were highlighted in this book, and one of the honorees is none other than Her Excellency Lois Young, Belize's Permanent Representative to the United Nations.
