And finally, tonight, the Lands Department will be seeing some changes that will make everyone who uses their services a lot less stressed. They will be upgrading their Landfolio system which will in turn lead to speedier and more efficient services.
And to ensure that the staff at the Lands Department can operate the system, they will take part in a series of training sessions that started today and will end on Friday, September 9th.
On the first day of training, the IT Manager at the Ministry spoke more about the benefits of the system.
During the training period, some staff at the department will be unavailable so service to the public may be slow or limited. They will resume normal business on Monday, September 12th.
