Salvapan School and Mexican Agency Team Up

St. Martin's Government School in the Salvapan area of Belmopan became the lucky recipient of several cooking appliances and utensils today through a collaboration of the Ministry Of Education, Area Rep Oscar Mira, and the support of the Mexican agency for the international development cooperation AMECEE.

The goal is to establish a feeding program in what has historically been a low-income area with the hope being that Improving of food security and nutrition in Belize will lead to better learning outcomes and deeper focus for the students here at St. Martins.
