And, it only took them 3 months, but the city council or some relevant authority has finally removed the submarine hose that came up from the depths during Hurricane Lisa. The cable was moved from off the Sandlighters Promenade last week, and coiled up around the plunge pool that the storm created after it tore up one of the balconies overhanging the sea. We don't expect that to be fixed anytime soon.
