The saga of the submarine cable on Sand Lighter's Promenade continues to evolve like sands through the hourglass.

As we told you earlier in the weeks, someone finally moved it off the promenade after it had been blocking the pedestrian walkway for the three months since Hurricane Lisa.

And today we saw BTL staffers examining the cable trying to determine who's responsible for it. The workers we met there said it wasn't one of theirs and it kind of looked like someone had just discarded it in the sea. What looked like a cable was actually just an outer insulation shell with no cable inside.
