Parliamentarians Raising Awareness For Climate Crisis

Parliamentarians and other stakeholders gathered today at the National Assembly's Climate change Crisis Forum for parliamentarians, to participate in an open discussion about the ongoing impacts of climate change in Belize. The theme for this year's forum is Climate action, one goal, a shared responsibility, and as part of the minister of sustainable development's responsibility he began his presentation with a number of facts in terms of where Belize stands on the scale of vulnerability. A few of the senators also shared their takeaway from today's forum.
