There were two drowning incidents over the Easter weekend. The first fatality was on the afternoon of Good Friday.

Around 2:30 11-year-old Moses Huang was swimming at a resort near Central Farm when he went under the water and didn't resurface. His body was eventually recovered and taken to the San Ignacio Hospital where it was pronounced dead on arrival.

The second death at water over the weekend occurred on Easter Sunday in Ladyville. The victim is 18-year-old Romero Logan who was swimming with friends in a manmade lake in the Lake Garden area of Ladyville. Like Huang on Good Friday, Romero was in the water and went under but never resurfaced. His lifeless body was later pulled from the lake.

Post mortems on both drowning victims were conducted this afternoon and in both cases, police do not suspect foul play.
