But the healthcare workers weren't alone - the presidents of both the Public Service Union and the National Trade Union Congress Of Belize went out with them to show their support.
The PSU president said that every Belizean should be standing with the healthcare workers - and noted that while the Senate was approving a 38 US million dollars supplementary, the hospitals don't even have the basic supplies.
And the president of the NTUCB agreed with Flowers - and added that the Minister is set to appear at an event in Dallas next month - but couldn't even show up to the protest.
