With Covid cases on the rise again has SSB seen a rise in the number of sickness benefits? We spoke with CEO Ruiz today and she says that they have not seen an increase in Covid, but in other illnesses:

"We don't necessarily see an increase in Covid. We do see respiratory diseases. It could very well be because persons are not going to the hospital to get tested or using the homemade kits. But yes, there are increases in the respiratory, but not Covid or Covid times not a significant increase Per say."
"We monitor cases on a monthly basis so in terms of what I report to the board, we will look at the top 10 diagnosis and it's always respiratory infections that is high on the list apart from hypertension and others."
