Mexico Gets New Prez

Mexico has elected a new president: he is Enrique Pena Nieto of the PRI - the same party which was booted out of office 12 years ago after an uninterrupted 70 year rule.

It is a decisive defeat for Felipe Calderon's P-A-N party which ruled for the last 12 years - and whose candidate finished third in the balloting.

Calderon is also the one who promised to build a new sports stadium for Belize to replace the Civic Center so government is now committed to build that with loans from local funding sources: namely BTL and social Security.
