Last week, the Honduran Vice Minister of Security of Honduras, Dr. Semma Julissa Villanueva, visited the Commissioner of Police's and his senior command in Belmopan.
He told us that they exchanged notes - even on a man wanted for murder in Belize:

"We had a visit yesterday from the Vice Minister of Security of Honduras and we basically discussed different areas that we believe we can collaborate and the key areas of interest for us was human trafficking as well as narco-trafficking. We had a very good discussion in terms of what each countries can and I also discussed with her a person who is wanted by us for a murder in PG and that person is residing in Honduras and so I discussed with her and gave her all the documents we had in respect to that person being wanted and she has pledge to do their part to find that person and have in return to Belize so he can face the consequences of his action that he ran away from."
