No water yet...that's still the situation in the Northern villages of Cristo Rey, Yo Chen and San Pedro. The 260 families in those villages are entering their third full day without water because they refuse to pay a $2 increase in the flat rate for water. They have called the members of the water board to a meeting in San Pedro village tomorrow. Depending on the outcome of that meeting, villagers threaten to launch a militant campaign to get their water supply restored.
