Tonight, the BTB is addressing rumors that the PGIA will close down and that visitors will need to cancel their flights and reservations. According to them, this information is false and the airport remains open to international travelers. At this point, there is no plan in place to institute any such closure, especially since increased volumes of passengers and flights are expected over December and January.
