And while that new enforcement is coming soon, there's still no set date for the long promised electric buses.
First off, the mayor said it would be here in the middle of last year.
Then, more recently he said it would be here by the middle of the year. Well, June is also here, but he told us that the timeline had to be pushed back.

"Those E-buses again, it's a project, it's grant funded by the EU, it's been implemented by UNDP, the timeline has been changed a bit due to the procurement of the buses, that has taken a bit longer than anticipated but we do believe that we are on solid footing. I can't tell you when there will be in the city or when they will be on the ground here but it's coming along pretty well."
