What Are The Extent Of Belmopan City Limits?

So if you live in Belmopan what exactly counts as the city limits? Mayor Cawich explained which communities fall within the radius.

Pablo Cawich, Mayor of Belmopan
"The city has city limits, the city of belmopan has a 12 square mile area it runs from the corner of Guanacaste park, all the way to going on the Western Highway, the George Price Highway that goes up to the, just before the entrance of the Never Delay road and southwards goes a little bit past Las Flores and on the south east side it would be a little bit past where the InnovaBel development is happening. So once it is within the city limits the city laws apply."
