"I have very very serious misgivings as to whether or not anybody would be able to fire Narda Garcia. I think that this is not necessarily the party's view but it is my view that if in fact, when she was under one contract these things happened, and then you gave her a new contract were she has done no wrong, you might find it extremely difficult to terminate her lawfully.
So it might well be a very diabolical and devious plan on the part of the PUP to say now that she has got to go. Because the likelihood is that they will have to pay her all her salary for the remainder of the five years and she won't have to do anything and that is monies that will be coming out of your pocket and my pocket."
