Bob Garcia is UDP Campaign Boss

The last army he commanded was the Novelo's fleet...and that didn't go too well. But now, former BDF Commander, Bob Garcia will take over a fleet that the polls say should succeed smartly: it's the UDP campaign machinery. At its workshop on Saturday, the UDP selected Garcia as its new, full-time national campaign manager. Backing him up will be former party leader Manuel Esquivel who heads a national coordinating committee with representatives from each district. And Delroy Cuthkelvin will now battle the PUP's Yasser Musa as head of UDP public relations.
