Jeffrey Prosser's attorney Lionel Welch was in Supreme Court today for another round of legal battles by the deposed former majority shareholder of BTL. Welch appeared before Justice Minette Hafiz-Bethram where he had submitted an application for the interpretation of an Appeal's Court judgment.

That judgment is the one handed down by the Chief Justice which reinstated Prosser's directors on the BTL board. The judgment was contested by Michael Ashcroft's attorneys at the Court of Appeals.

And it's that interpretation by the Court of Appeals which was taken before Hafiz today. But because it was a higher court's ruling Justice Hafiz instructed Welch to either withdraw the submission or have the matter dismissed. He opted to withdraw.
