The mass party candidates in Orange Walk say they are sure to get that refund back. It's an interesting race in that heated division because the politics honchos for both the PUP and UDP on that side are wealthy men and they are both deputy leaders of their parties. Jules Vasquez Reporting,
Coming off the crest of a successful rally on Friday night, four PUP candidates from Orange Walk strode confidently through the center of the town with an enthusiastic

crowd of supporters, proudly waving their blue flags and energetically cheering - even as it drizzled
But heavy rain greeted the UDP crowd in the afternoon. Still it was a thicker crowd and even if you're counting umbrella tops it was more muscular - a stretch of red down the San Antonio Road. And while this onlooker taunted, the crowd jeered back and the rain also didn't stop their leaders from going to the nomination office under showers.
Countrywide a total of 93 candidates vying for 31 seats were nominated yesterday.
