So far in tonight's newscast, we've showed you the nomination of Patrick Faber, the UDP Leader who is seeking a fifth term as the Collet Area Rep.

But during the course of Nomination Day, there were 2 other Patricks who showed up to be entered on the ballot: independent candidate Patrick Menzies and Patrick Rogers, the Leader of the third party in green, the Belize Progressive Party.

Our next story is about the denial of Patrick Menzies, the fledgling politician who formally announced his candidacy for Belmopan exactly 2 weeks ago. He's a Belizean American, which basically means that according to the constitution, he is disqualified from running to become a parliamentarian due to his dual-nationalities. He put together a few videos to update his supporters on what happened, and here's an excerpt of his comments:

If and when his Supreme Court challenge takes place, we'll tell you about it.
