And, Musa says, that support is a collective Cabinet decision. He says the wage cuts don't even cover the deficit - so Cabinet really only had once choice too make:

So, it's not an easy message to try to get across but we all have to understand that Belize is not unique in this Covid pandemic in terms of what we are suffering economically, other measures that the government will put in place."
