And while Musa did the explaining today - and Education Minister Francis Fonseca did it last night on "Uncut" - it seems that Prime Minister John Briceno is deliberately shying away from the cameras. On Tuesday, you saw how he brushed our news team off as we waited outside the cabinet meeting. Today, when asked if the PM was hiding from the press, Musa said he's not hiding, he's just busy problem solving:

Hon. Kareem Musa - Minister of Home Affairs "What you have to understand is that since November, until now, we have been battling with a huge crisis in our government in terms of the economy that was left behind the previous administration and so, while it is that you have interpret that as he is avoiding you, there is a lot of work that he's doing, that the Prime Minister is doing and I'm certain that tomorrow is the house meeting where we'll be presenting the budget for this year, you have your opportunity to question the Prime Minister and so what I would want to chalk it up to, is the fact that he has been dedicated to his job as the Prime Minister of this nation and he has been working hard at it to get the numbers right."
