Earlier in the newscast you heard a portion of Patrick Faber's speech on Briceno's budget. His rebuttal lasted an hour longer than the PM's initial reading of the budget. And he didn't close without taking a shot at our news director Jules Vasquez:

"I salute all the people of my wonderful constituency of Collet, I thank all of those who continue to come out because you tried your best, only this bally Jules Vasquez, it's your friend, PM? Is he your bally? Jules Vasquez? Continues to try to blame Faber for the UDP's loss. Well I will tell him that even when I'm not here the PUP's can't beat me, that should give you a signal, he's saying I should have brought out, I should have brought out. He's a waste of time and I've learnt not to pay too much attention and have never put their names on a ballot because they know everything. They know all kinds of things, but they can never put their names on a ballot because they know what the outcome will be."
