Peace Movement Courting Public Support While Waiting For Court Judgement

The Belize Peace Movement is going on a public relations offensive. They're fighting to get the High Court to strike out schedule one of the Representation of the People Act so that it would force government to hold a redistricting.

Attorney Arthur Saldivar says because of the vast inequality in the number of electors across various constituencies - it has made the results of the past 5 elections unconstitutional:

The judge hearing the case has promised a ruling in June. And the redistricting report is going to the House this Thursday.
