"Was any decision taken for both movements to come together and take to the streets?"

Tracy Panton, Leader of the Opposition - UDP
"We are not about to discuss or divulge the specific activities that we have agreed to those will unfold over the next couple of days, obviously the members of the general council need to update their stakeholders and we have an obligation to update our stakeholders as well and then we move forward."

"What is your thoughts on these senators deciding to walk out of the Senate on Tuesday was it prudent and wise of them?"

Tracy Panton
"Absolutely I think it sent a very strong and very clear message and certainly we have our lead senator right here who led the charge we are very proud of him, but certainly I think for the first time in Belize's history we had that kind of collaboration and in my view it sent a very powerful signal and should have sent a powerful message to the government that we will not sit by idly and allow them to do as they please in this country."
