Fonseca Secures $20 million Bailout from Venezuela

It's been under negotiation from January and reports to 7NEWS this week indicate that government will get US$20 million from Venezuela. Last week, Home Affairs Minister Ralph Fonseca was dispatched to Venezuela to engage in the final stage of negotiations. Government simply must have the money if it is to meet its debt-financing shortfall for this year.
