Getting rid of Narda Garcia was easy, if slightly expensive, but replacing her is proving difficult.
Members of the Board of Directors have reportedly reviewed as many as ten applications for the CEO post, and interviewed three persons, but have not found a suitable replacement. And now, the Board has decided to go with rotating CEOs. Director of Finance, Rolando Zetina will take over from Dalila Castillo who has been acting as CEO since July when Garcia was dismissed.
Zetina has been Director of Finance for 6 years, and is notable as the only person still around who served with Narda Garcia and Yasin Shoman in the troubled years between 2000 and 2003.
