Burglary Foiled at Sadie Vernon High

Quick police work prevented thieves from stealing a computer from Sadie Vernon High.

At 1:30 this morning they were called out to the school where police found a computer with all its accessories packed and stuffed inside a long sleeve shirt. Ready to be taken. A check of the premises revealed that a thief or thieves had gotten into the building by removing some louvers on the north side of the building. A neighbor reported that she saw a man enter the building at 12:30.

Police didn't catch that man, but similiarly, he didn't manage to steal anything.
