And from ostriches to fried chicken, today a video began circulating on social media, purportedly showing Paul Ferguson's "Chicken Dread" stall behind hauled by a government vehicle on the National Agriculture Trade Showgrounds. Ferguson is Minister Musa's driver, so immediately the speculation was that he was using government property for personal use.
But today the minister clarified this, saying that it was a routine part of the event for these government vehicles to assist any vendors that needed it.

Hon. Kareem Musa, Minister of Home Affairs & New Growth Industries
"What you have to understand, first of all, it was not Chicken Dread that requested that vehicle's assistance, from what I understand, Mr Ferguson had taken his trailer there using his private vehicle onto the Showgrounds, and as is customary, the Showgrounds has government vehicles from the Ministry of Agriculture helping vendors, helps small businesses like Mr Ferguson, to relocate them in the event they are not in an appropriate position and so Mr Ferguson didn't even request that, it wasn't him, it was his cook that they informed her, you cannot have the trailer at this particular location, and like I said, the Ministry of Agriculture just assisted in relocating them a few feet away, so it's a normal thing, and it's not just for him."
