Shot for No Reason?

He claims he was shot for no reason at all but police are looking very closely at the complaint made by 36 year old Jaime Hermoso Usher. He told police that last night at 9:00 pm, he was standing near the Queen's Square Market when two men rode up and inquired as to the whereabouts of another individual. He told them he didn't know who they were talking about, and that's when one of the men pulled out a pistol and shot him in the left arm. Usher remains in the KHMH where he is being treated for his injury, while police are seeking two suspects.
