On Tuesday two armed robbers entered the St. John's Junior College compound and first held up the secretary in one of the offices and made of with $180 and other personal effects from her. They then proceeded to rob the security guard of his.38 calibre pistol and continued by holding up and robbing a number of students who were in the compound. Since then police investigations have led to the arrest of a man with a long and varied rap sheet, 25 year old Herman "Yagga" Morris, and 30 year old Paul Rubio. The men were picked up yesterday and have since been charged with the crime of conspiracy to commit robbery. Police say investigations continue and more arrests are expected.
