Is 21-year-old accused thief Darrell Grey also convicted thief Kirk Anderson?

That was the question asked in Magistrate's Court today when Grey appeared for arraignment on a charge of burglary. On that charge Grey was offered bail of $6,000 and was about to walk free when he was recognized by a civilian prosecutor as Kirk Anderson. The prosecutor told the court that Grey is really Kirk Anderson who was convicted in an ex-parte trial earlier this year for robbery and was sentenced to 7 years in prison. He was convicted ex-parte because he skipped bail and didn't show up for his trial. Today Grey produced a birth certificate which verified that he is Darrell Grey and Kirk Anderson was really just an alias he used when he was charged with robbery last year. So instead of being out on bail, Darrell Grey is now serving his 7 years for that robbery conviction. His burglary trial is yet to come. The charge results from a break-in into the house of Barrington Sutherland's house on July 6th. Grey was charged along with Brian York and Aaron Sutherland.
