Accused Pedophile At It Again!

He's pending trial for carnal knowledge of a 14-year-old girl, but that apparently didn't stop 53-year-old Hilton Guy from molesting the child again. Guy, a resident of Faber's Road was arraigned yesterday in the #5 Magistrate's court on the charge of aggravated assault of an indecent nature. The child who lives in Guy's neighborhood, went to the police with her mother to report that she went to his house on Monday and he performed oral sex on her. Guy pleaded not guilty to Magistrate Harry Hulett explaining that the girl did visit his home but all she did was braid his hair. Still, Hulett denied him bail and remanded him until March 17th. Guy was charged with carnal knowledge of the same child in January of 2004, when she was 12. At that time, the child alleged that he paid her $10 to have relations with her. That case was committed for trail in the Supreme Court at the conclusion of a P.I. in August.
