Police have arrested and charged two men for the murder of a Guatemalan Jose Armando Perez. On January 18, his body was found in an area known as Rhaburn's Ridge at the border between the Belize and Orange Walk districts. He had been bound and chopped to the head, and buried in a shallow grave. Today, 23-year-old Ostillio Garcia was charged for the murder. He joins 63-year-old Adrian Asicion who was charged last week.
