On Friday morning, police found the body of 32-year-old Santa Elena resident Albert Wade inside his Toyota Camry off the 'Negro Man Road,' a few miles away from where he lived. Police have since arrested and charged those believed to have killed him. Among them is Wade's brother in law and today we found out why police think Wade's own family would have killed him.

Today as family members of Albert Wade gathered at his home to mourn his loss, his accused killers Samuel Neal, Benjamin Peters Jr and Wade's brother in law Linsbert Bahadur appeared in

Magistrate's court to answer to murder. Like any family the wades say they were in court today when one of the accused killers threatened them.
Family Member #1,
"We saw the defendant Bahadur, Mr. Bahadur, and he was threatening us. He told us that he was going to spray the entire family. My cousin just died and he didn't have any remorse, he didn't show any remorse on his face; he was glad. The police were right there and they didn't do anything. We are fearful for our lives because if he could have killed my cousin, that means he could anyone of us so we are all afraid."
And while fear is in their heart it is coupled with complete disgust because the family say that one of the men accused is Wade's wife ex husband, Bahadur is his brother in law. He was one of Albert Wade's best of friends.
Family Member #1,
"They were best friends so from the moment you can kill someone who was your friend and brother in law, you can know that person don't have remorse for anyone. We are surprised. We didn't expect this person was this type of person but now we know, we know the kind of person he is. He came here crying asking where is Albert and all the while he was the killer, right in the midst. I don't know why he would want to do that because he didn't have any reason to do it. My cousin fed him, clothed him, and give him whatever he wanted so he didn't have any reason to do it."
Alfonso Noble,
So they were best friends?
Family Member #1,
"They were something like best friends, they even built and worked on this area we are standing on right now. He put his trust in someone he shouldn't have been trusting. The man called him constantly and he came because he was his best friend so he went to see what his best friend wanted and he took him right there to kill him."
This blood splattered Toyota Camry, now in police custody is testament to the deadly intent. It was found on the "Negro Man Toad." Inside police found wade with a gunshot to the left side of the face. Now while police have put it all together the family is still trying to do the same and trying to factor in why there was no safety even within the family.
The men appeared in Magistrate's Court where they were remanded until May 18th.
