PG Police Bulletproof-ed

Punta Gorda police are now the owners of 42 bulletproof vests. The donation was made by Toledo residents Vincent & Cherie Rose, the principals of ACES, American Crocodile Endangered Sanctuaries. The vests covers the chest and back area of the officers' body from the shoulders to approximately 5 inches above the belt. The body armor has been distributed to each officer of the department posted in Punta Gorda and to six police substations in San Pedro Colombia, Barranco, San Antonio, Pueblo Viejo, Jalacte and Hunting Caye.
