No Charges In Two Fatal Accidents

Last night we told you about the fatal accident at mile two on the Phillip Goldson Highway that claimed the life of 42 year old cyclist Oliver Peters. He died on the spot after being hit by a city shuttle bus. Tonight, the driver of that bus, 38 year old Michael Lewis has not been charged, but he has been served with a notice of intended prosecution.

Same for 44 year old Police Corporal Anibal Mena. He died 9 days after he was involved in a collision with a pickup and his motorcycle. A post mortem has confirmed he died of complications due to his traffic accident.

The 56 year old driver of the pickup he crashed into on the Pachakan Road, Santiago Victorin has also been served with a notice of intended prosecution.
