We've seen a spike in gang-related shootings in the city recently and there was what looks like another yesterday. It happened on Ordonez Avenue at 4:00 pm when 24-year-old Devon Arnold was shot to the right elbow. He'd been riding his bike alongside two friends when a gunman ran out of a yard and opened fire.
He was rushed to the K.H.M.H. where he was admitted in a stable condition.
