A man is in a critical condition at the Northern Regional Hospital after he was chopped several times. Immanuel Garcia reportedly got into a fight with a man whom he was visiting around 2:30 yesterday morning in Yo Creek Village, Orange Walk. ACP Joseph Myvett stated that alcohol may have been a factor.

The nature of the altercation is unknown at this time.
