A fisherman is missing, but his body may have been found this afternoon. 46-year-old Jose Mendez went fishing with his son and a friend on Wednesday in Franks Eddy Village when their boat capsized around midday. Less than twenty minutes before the briefing, police discovered a body in the area but up to this afternoon, it had yet to be identified by family members.
