Minister's Son Escapes Vehicle Fire

Earlier today, a vehicle burst into flames in San Ignacio Town but fortunately, no one was injured - including the owner, Minister of Public Utilities, Rodwell Ferguson.

His son, 25-year-old Brenton Ferguson reported to police that while he was driving the vehicle from the mechanic's shop, when a fire started under the hood of the 2016 Blue Mazda. The fire was reportedly caused by electrical and mechanical issues. The fire service was able to extinguish the fire but not before all vehicle documents, along with the driver's license, went up in smoke.
