Three men who won't see the inside of a courtroom yet are the masked intruders from Monday night's home invasion in Belmopan. The men are still on the run after disturbing footage caught them threatening two children with a machete and then attempting to kidnap a toddler.

The National Committee for Families and Children issued a release condemning the invasion, but especially the distressing news of the young victims. The NFCF reminded the public that incidents like these often leave children suffering from long term effects that affect their quality of life.

The NCFC, like the wider public, is now calling on the police to bring the perpetrators to justice and asked anyone with information to come forward and assist in an early arrest.
