And while the cops found that alleged murderer, a family is still looking for their missing loved one. 45-year-old Michelle Kimberly Martinez went missing on the 17th of April but her family hasn't given up hope.

At this point, they are still unsure of what might have happened to her since the details they got aren't quite adding up. And while her whereabouts remain unknown, her family - including her three children - grow more concerned by the hour. Today, we spoke with her sister, Mildred Martinez, who said that she has practically left her southern home to search day in and day out for her sister in Corozal.

Mildred Martinez, -Sister
"Well, because I live in Punta Gorda and she lives in Corozal I don't really see her. But the last time we heard from her was on Thursday, that would be the 15th. She was actually at her sister in-laws house on the internet. That was the last time I heard from her. On Friday my sisters tried to get through to her but they couldn't. On Saturday she tried to call both her common law, that's James Lot, and Kim's phone. We couldn't get through to her so my sister messaged James and told him I need to speak to my sister. I'm not hearing from either of you. On Sunday his sister called my sister and told her, that would be Sunday the 18th, told her that she needs to speak to her in regards to my sister and if she would call her back. So my sister called back and the family was made aware that Kim went

missing from Saturday and has not returned. The common law husband said that he went to chop a yard and then Kim picked up a bicycle and disappeared. This is very abnormal. This is not like my sister. My sister is not one to skip up and go. She has a mental disorder but it is not like my sister is completely out of it. She is someone, the only reason she would get that way is if she is under tremendous stress and without her medication. So for her to be like that it means that something had to have been stressing her and she wasn't getting her medication. She has been gone far too long and we have been searching. My family, my brothers and I, we have been to Corozal, practically taken up residence in Corozal to try and find her."

Martinez said there was no indication that her sister had stopped taking her pills. She also mentioned that her common-law husband has not been a part of their search parties, but claims that he is searching on his own.
