Strange Case Of The Very Special Constable

Earlier in the news, we showed you the Commissioner of Police in Santa Familia as he spoke to the residents after their fiery protests involved burnt tyres and burnt houses. They are frustrated with Private Juan Carlos Morales, the officer at the scene of Jessie Esobar's killing. And we've received reports that Private Morales was a special constable who was given a regulation number meaning he didn't go through the six months of training that police intakes do. We asked the ComPol if this lack of training played a part in Sunday night's events.
