It's been a while since we've reported on a murder, but tonight, around 6:30, a man was fatally shot. The person has been identified as a loan shark from Santa Barbara Street. He was killed on Meighan Avenue on the northside, reportedly in the yard of Chief Housing Officer, Noel Harvey. We will have more details tomorrow.
