“Alex Murillo” Turned Into John Doe

Last week we reported that a Dangriga resident was murdered in Belize City. At that time, police identified him as 34-year-old Alexander Murillo. Well, tonight, he's back to being a John Doe because a recent report from the police indicated that he was originally misidentified. The department is now asking for the public to clarify his identity if they recognize this tattoo.

John Doe was reportedly at a friend's house on Holy Emmanuel Street and left around 8:30. He was walking on M&M Street when a gunman approached him and fatally shot him. Residents in the area had said they had never seen the victim before.
